Backing up. Let me explain how I got here.
In life, it's one thing to want to grow into who you're capable of becoming but it's another to actually do it. You can listen to every motivational podcast you want, read every self help blog post, meditate, and post inspirational quotes every day.
BUT unless, you're asking yourself the right questions, you're going to struggle to find the answers you're looking for in life.
Answers to questions like:
Who am I? What do I truly want? What am I capable of doing? What is the right career for me? Who do I belong with?
The fact of the matter is, you need to push yourself to ask yourself the tough questions.
That, my friend, is the key to being self awareness and I think self awareness is 100% the key to living the happy, fulfilling and passionate life you deserve.
It was because of this realization that I created the 60 days New Mindset Journal.

I know there are a ton of journals for sale these days. I know! I have purchased and tried no less than two dozen journals over the years. They each promise to help you change your life, be more productive and happier.
